UK Delivery

For UK deliveries, we send via Tracked or Signed-for Royal Mail. Delivery could be affected by things such as seasonality or weather conditions. If you require a product by a certain date, please get in contact before placing your order.

We may send your order in multiple parcels to offer the best protection for your candles, and may also combine orders where suitable.

We are not responsible for your product once it leaves our hands, and although the Royal Mail has an excellent service sometimes accidents do happen and packages go missing on their way. The Royal Mail requires that you wait 21 days before reporting a parcel as missing. If 21 days have passed since receiving dispatch notification and you have still not received your parcel, please contact us and we will endeavour to resolve the situation. Please note, a lot of products are handcrafted and some items will have limited inventory, so we may not be able to provide a like-for-like replacement. Please read our returns policy for more info.

Please be aware that we will dispatch to the address entered at the checkout stage, so please ensure it displays all the correct details. If your parcel is returned to us because the postal service is unable to deliver, we will contact you to rearrange delivery. This will be at your cost.

International Delivery

We currently ship all of our advent calendars to:
  • US (tariffs included at checkout)
  • Canada
  • Singapore
  • Japan
  • South Africa
  • Philippines
  • Brazil
  • India
US friends - tariffs are being collected at the checkout and we will then pay these on your behalf. We’re so sorry it adds to the cost but please understand this doesn’t come to us, we have to pay this money directly to your government.

EU friends - due to GSPR and Packaging regulations we're sadly not able to ship directly to you, however we can ship to your friends in the UK if you have arrangements for them to collect your mail for you and pass it on. Just make sure to pop your name into the personalisation box.

We are working on offering delivery on more products and to more countries, however as a small business this can get extremely expensive and complex due to international shipping laws and regulations. If you think that Whisporia needs to be in your country, then please do reach out to us and we can prioritise either shipping to you or maybe even finding a local stockest.

Please note, it is the responsibility of the customer to cover any customs and import taxes that may apply (excluding US tariffs that are collected at the checkout). These vary based on the destination country and local tax laws. Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the customs process as this is out of our hands.
