This was a fun rom com style fantasy. I loved the concept and I laughed a lot. The first half was my favourite, after that the novelty kind of wore off and it fell back into more a standard fantasy and focussed on plot development which I liked but wasn’t that invested in. I liked Evie’s development but wish we’d gotten a little further with the romance. The cliffhanger was savage but I’m not sure if I’ll continue the series or not.
