The Book Journal Advent is crafted primarily for adults and young adults.
There’s nothing unsuitable for younger readers, but the language, challenges, and activities are best suited to those who already enjoy journaling or want to develop a reading habit and read books aimed at Young Adult or Adults.
Do not fear! This Advent Calendar doesn't require any previous knowledge or experience, you can literally unwrap and off you go.
Whilst we're sure you'll catch the bug and want to pick up more stationery and supplies to fill the pages, you'll be set to start straight away.
Equally if you're already an avid Book Journal keeper you'll be able to integrate all of the items into your current set up without any issues.
Any items are designed with an A5 journal in mind, but would be suitable for those slightly smaller or larger.
Your advent will begin its journey from our workshop to your doorstep in late November 2025.
If you’re an early bird, your order will be one of the first dispatched.
We send via tracked delivery services, so you can track its travels every step of the way.
Whilst we can't guarantee any specific delivery date, we will endeavour to get them in your hands as soon as possible.
We currently ship all of our advent calendars to:
US friends- tariffs are being collected at the checkout and we will then pay these on your behalf. We’re so sorry it adds to the cost but please understand this doesn’t come to us, we have to pay this money directly to your government.
EU friends- due to GSPR and Packaging regulations we're sadly not able to ship directly to you, however we can ship to your friends in the UK if you have arrangements for them to collect your mail for you and pass it on. Just make sure to pop your name into the personalisation box.
Please note, it is the responsibility of the customer to cover any customs and import taxes that may apply (excluding US tariffs that are collected at the checkout). These vary based on the destination country and local tax laws. Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the customs process as this is out of our hands.

Absolutely! In fact, many people do. We can even ship directly to the recipient if you prefer, one less item to wrap! Simply enter their name and address in the shipping address fields at checkout.
We would recommend leaving a note at checkout to let us know their name for any personalised items.
Quite possibly! Whilst we have tried to forecast numbers for 2025, last year over 50% of our advent calendar stock sold out by early October and the remainder shortly after.
If your heart is set on this advent calendar, we recommend ordering sooner rather than later.

I’ve bought both the book journal and the bookish advent calendars from Whisporia, both were fantastic quality with their individual quirks. The bookish one contained lots of lovely treats like wax melts, banners, stickers etc. The journal one was a lovely collection of tools to collate a fantastic journal for the forthcoming year. A must for those with a giant TBR pile

I loved seeing all the unboxings leading to December 25th and seriously regretted not getting one for myself! However, I was extremely lucky there were lefties and snagged one! All the items are so thoughtful and beautiful and I love the idea that it's some sort of "started" kit for getting into journaling! Will definitely be getting one this year!

I always find these journal stickers add just that little touch of Magic to my journal every single time, it's perfect.
After looking for some sort of caddy/bag to carry my journalling supplies (yes ok, mainly around my own house, but mind your business k thanks), I absolutely fell in love with this at first sight. It’s size is deceiving - you can fit SO much in this beautiful thing and I especially enjoy having the choice of handles and a shoulder strap.
I may have got the last one (for now at least), but you absolutely need to get your hands on one of Whisporia’s bags/caddies/pouches!
As a purple lover this sticker sheet is right up my street and it works beautifully for junk journalling. They also have matching stickers so you could get the full set to complete the look.
This is without a doubt my favourite scent, it's musky and smokey and just ompf. I always like to make sure I have one of these in my candle cupboard ready to use. The candles burn well with a strong but not overpowering scent.
As a lover of pastel colours, this is one of my favourite sticker sheets! I love Whisporia's hand drawn designs, they're beautiful and works in every planner. The sticker sheet material is also high quality and I don't have any problems peeling it off.
